[[male symbol]] paid no attention for a while. Young bird followed the adult Then the two birds flew off, returned in a few minutes Repeated behavior as before. Finally, the [[male symbol]] went over & fed the young. Young started FB again, [[male symbol]] fed it again; & the whole thing was repeated again once more

(It is just barely possible that the "young" bird in the above incident was an adult [[female symbol]]. It is also possible that some of the notes were also given by the [[male symbol]]).

E. E. also saw a [[male symbol]] [[underlined]] Diglossa [[/underlined]] with the usual mixed flock of Wilson's Warbler, Slatey-Throated Redstart, Bush-tanagers, Yellow-thighed Finches, Brown-capped Vireo, etc. But again the [[underlined]] Diglossa [[/underlined]] separated from the flock after a short while.

Most of the birds one sees around here are in pairs; but there are also quite a lot of apparently solitary birds around - at least [[male symbol]]'s.
