vigorous. Pressed home. Cinnamon sometimes comes within a fraction of an inch of the Ater. Every once in a while, Ater stops feeding, to chase and/or supplant the Cinnamon. (Supplants occur when the Cinnamon has perched between Swoops). Some of the chases accompanied by R. No Zaza. Other chases, and supplants, silent. Cinnamon silent throughout.

^[[Ater]] Then I see an adult Ater chase a juvenile of same species (Identification of both definite) Silent.

^[[Ater Laf]] Then, 6:55, see an adult Ater fly away when presumed Laf appears 5 ft away. Both birds silent.

A few minutes later, see presumed Laf repeatedly supplant adult Ater in hedge. Both birds silent.

^[[Ater Laf]] 7:10 am. See both presumed Laf and adult Ater perched quietly 3-4 ft apart in same bush of hedge. Then presumed Laf supplants the adult Ater. Both birds silent during supplant itself. But then adult Ater utters R as it flies away!

^[[Ater Cinn]] Then see another brief but vigorous Ater-Cinnamon dispute. More or less a "draw".

^[[Ater]] I shouldn't be surprised if there are 4 or 5 Aters here, in the general neighborhood!

^[[Ater Laf Cinn]] Certainly the territory or home range of the presumed Laf [[underlined]] at least certainly overlaps [[/underlined]] the ranges of at least two Aters (the presumed mates).

^[[Gen]] This group here [[underlined]] might almost be called a "flock" of Diglossas [[/underlined]] - like the much larger group at the Prime Eucalypts near Bogota.

^[[Laf]] 7:25 am. I have now got several more glimpses of the "presumed" Laf. It [[underlined]] is fairly [[/underlined]] Laf-like in proportions. And the humeral
