[] Albi []
8:35 am Area where Albi-hummingbird dispute seen
yesterday. See ♀ Albi✓97 silent and alone, moving thru low fern scrub. Then see ♂ ✓98 Albi feeding on small bell-shaped white flowers same scrub. ♀ passes right by ♂, passing within 5 ft of him. Neither pays the slightest attention to the other!!! So the territories of ♂'s and ♀'s of this species are at least partly overlapping.

[] Thalass []
8:54 Down by "the flock" area. Find bull-dozer is working here! But Thalass is singing away. NODWAH

[] Thalass Scan []
9:02 am A little further down road. Hear Thalass singing down hill. NODWAH. Then Scan starts singing near road. The two species overlap completely.

See the Singing Scan. Perched in trees 20-25 ft up. Moves from tree to tree quite frequently.

[] Scan []

NOTE: Both this Scan and the one seen a few minutes earlier have performed flight displays.
