This bird singing in thickets without the cover, i.e. Glor-type habitat. Each song phrase more or less "Ta-reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" [[sound waves underneath]]. There is also another Albi or Buff-throat singing in distance. Phrases of 2 birds usually alternate irregularly. Occasionally overlap. Now 5:50, I can hear Albis or Buff-throats singing in all directions [] Albi Glor [] Arrive A Glor area to hear lots of Albis or Buff-throates singing. Then shut up. Then there is a brief burst of what is probably Glor song. One bird. Then this bird shuts up. A few seconds later Albis start up again. [] Albi [] An adult ♂ Albi hops by. Uttering R as he lands on one perch. All these R's uttered in flight and on landing seem to be relatively low-pitched, lower than the usual songs of adult ♂. [] Albi Glor [] 6:10 am. Still in A Glor area. An Albi or Buff-throat singing steadily. Then 1 or 2 Glors start. Albi continues for a minute or so, thus overlapping the Glor(s). Then Albi shut up. Glors continue. Lots of songs being uttered by two birds, at least 100 ft apart [] Albi Glor [] One in thicket. The other in Tree down the hill. Singing almost steadily. Great overlapping. Almost synchronous at times. Then one shuts up. The other continues for a long time, until 6:20. Then shuts up. Then there is one more Albi song. Then silence. Then another big burst Glor song. Then shuts up. Then more Albi songs. Then more Glor
