Mixed Diagnosis, Apr. 13, 1965, VIII [8]

[[margin]] Gen [[/margin]]
Stage III One or more further species eliminated how [unknown] given area. I.E both geographical and ecological segregation increasing. But still there is wide overlap between 3 or 4 species in many areas. But now the species have evolved elaborate "avoidance" and "mutual inhabitation" to prevent personal contact. This seems to be the stage reached in the quite region.

[[margin]] Gen [[/margin]]
Stage IV. The mutual avoidance mechanisms start to break down. Where in a renewal of water-specific fighting. Partly as a remit of this, there is a further elimination of one or more species. Held on more than two species left in any given area. This seems to be the stage reached in central Peru.

[[margin]] Gen [[/margin]]
Stage V. The Species have become almost completely segregated. There is seldom more than one species in any given area.(Probably they are no will separated by suffering ecological preferences that then behavioral avoidance mechanisms have completely atrophied. This, where the ravages of two species meet, they may both join the rescue reserved flocks without any difficulty.) This seems to be the stage reached in Northern Bolivia.

Going to work in same (usual) place [unknown] de Milla this afternoon. Arrive 3:00pm. Clear, sunny, windy.
