[[margin]] Humer [[/margin]]
[[image - drawing of Humer with head pointing upward]]
Apparently silent in this posture. Reminiscent of Carbo?

Then relaxes. Eventually flies away.

[[margin]] Humer [[/margin]]
7:36. See Humer feeding insects low non-flowering bush.

[[margin]] Bari Humer [[/margin]]
♂ Bari (back) in conifer-like. Just sitting. I see that he has light edges to his tertials. Then he flies to Abu. Feeds flowers. At same time, I see there is Humer feeding on far side same bush. Two birds apparently ignore one another. Both apparently feeding sepal region flowers.

[[margin]] carbonaria Bari [[/margin]]
Are carbonaria s.l. individuals more apt to attack ♀ Baris than ♂ Baris? If so, is this because the latter look more like juvs of their own species???

[[margin]] Scan [[/margin]]
Scans chasing one another madly now 7:43

[[margin]] Humer [[/margin]]
See Humer definitely cutting into sepal Abu flower.

[[margin]] Scan Gen [[/margin]]
Then see Scans feeding base petal region. But this particular petal definitely has round hole in it. Anf Scans is definitely inserting bill into hole. Hole seems typical of type made by Diglossas.

[[margin]] Bari Humer [[/margin]]
Then see Humer, ♂ Bari, Scans all feeding in same tree simultaneously. No overt hostility.
Then see goldfinches feeding in another Abu bush. Apparently biting off and eating parts of sepals. I.E. not feeding on nectar. 7:53.

[[margin]] Humer Scan [[/margin]]
7:55 Hear more Humer Songs. Twitters with terminal R's.
7:58. Humer definitely attacks & chases Scans. (This is same Humer that was singing a few minutes earlier).
