Mixed Diglossini, Apr. 21, 1965, VIII 81

Sudden outburst variety bird noises, 4:35 pm, just as sun comes out! IE. many birds probably were silent before because the weather was bad. Noises include furnariids, Atlapetes, thrushes, others.

See some more Black Diglossas ✓✓ in distance. They seem to have "come up" also since sun appeared!

Cloud coming back a little now, 4:46 pm. Birds a little quieter. I am starting to retrace my path.

5:00 pm. See single Firebelly ✓ in low thick scrub. Silent. Apparently alone.

Sun out again 5:12. But low on horizon. It is getting cold.

Apparently nothing in Prime Eucalypts 5:14. I.E. Humers probably deep elsewhere.

Apparently nothing Laf territory area 5:18 (but observational conditions very difficult)

Leaving 5:25 pm
