[] Laf Cy 84 []
Well! Hear Firebellies only a few feet down road. Silent Laf nearby. Laf flies into another bush, 20 ft away. Lands only a couple of ft from Cy. No overt reaction between the two. Laf √ hops on √. Cy begins to sing! Shuts up.

[] Cy []
I think the flock has not left this area. One PL Whistle Song suddenly interjected between Cy songs.

But the flock, such as it is, has certainly turned very quiet and inconspicuous. Why? Absence of Blue & Orange Tanagers (who do seem to have left neighborhood)???

[] Cy Laf Cy Cy []
More Cy and PL songs in alternation. 7:07. Then PL shuts up. Then Laf begins to sing. Some Laf & Cy songs alternating, some overlapping. Then both Laf & Cy shut up. PL begins to sing. Cy sings again. Again alternates with PL!

[] Cy 85 []
Cy √ now hopping along ground, burnt area. Apparently looking for insects. Uttering quite a lot of short phrases. Shuts up. PL begins to sing again 7:15.

Aha! Blue & Orange (back) here. Blue √ & Orange j--->PL.

Cys & PL's alternate songs again.

Flock is really quite sedentary and inconspicuous now. Except for PL songs.

[] Sitti []
I wonder what has happened to Sittis?

[] Cy Coer []
This morning, the Cys have spent a lot of time in the tree in which Coers fed yesterday. But again the Cys have made no attempt to eat the fruits themselves.

Everything dead silent 7:21 am.

Well! Well! Go about 100 yards up the road. Find pair √√
