[[margin]] Carbo [[/margin]] [[male symbol]] hops up toward her. Silent. Suddenly he flies straight at her. She flies off. He follows

A minute later [[male symbol]] is singing in tree. [[female symbol]] back in bush near presumed nest site. Then [[male symbol]] follows her down to bush. R-Zazazaza "Greetings." Both birds quite invisible Then, apparently, gone again. 6:42 am. No, at least 1 still in bush [[underlined]] Preening [[/underlined]]. [[female symbol]]? Presumed [[male symbol]] lands in same bush 10 ft away. utters a few [[underlined]] soft [[/underlined]] songs. Feeds. Flies away. The other bird follows.

[[margin]] Carbo [[/margin]] One bird back 6:55. Silent. Preening. (Apparently [[underlined]] not [[/underlined]] carrying n.m. when it arrived.) Then hops up to top of bush. Then [[underlined]] apparently does brief TV or int. mov. TV (tail slightly raised, nothing else) to me [[/underlined]] Then flies away.

The [[male symbol]] B has certainly stopped singing frequently, [[underlined]] even [[/underlined]] when he is not with the [[female symbol]]. 

No sooner said than done! Can hear presumed Carbo singing, briefly, in trees 7:02 Then silence for a long while

One bird back in bush 7:13. A couple of R-Zazaza's. Then apparently gone again.

Then both feeding silently in hedge like area. Then gone again. Then both back in bush, apparently feeding Pass on.

The [[male symbol]] also seems to have brownish wings and tail. Also first year?

[[margin]] Carbo [[/margin]] 7:25. Suddenly [[underlined]] 3 [[/underlined]] Carbos appear in bush! Lots of hopping back and forth Some obvious supplanting Quite an appreciable number of R-Zazazaza type patterns. This is [[underlined]] all [[/underlined]] in the way of display! Then one bird (A [[male symbol]]?) flies away to Eucalypt to sing. Remaining 2 stay a while. Silent. Then fly away too
