Pteris cretica is native to the old world (https://goo.gl/f5m9FB), so unlikely to be a Colombian specimen. The second word in the locality description is probably "Juin" (June). Though, I can't find any online evidence for a collector named "M Delacour"! "Carare", or "Carara", could be a slightly misspelled Carrara, but without more evidence, reluctant to place the country as Italy. -@mnathan
