Another piece transition from unglazed to glazed Japanese time of early Kieh - bronze green, like Han from Persian.

Earthen Kono - gen
abstract curve design, like Coran cerm. but the design is painted in black under the blue, [[following?]] sign of older [[?]] paotters under white. 

Green & they couldn't get Sung blue, more green it is.

big Babylonian purple jar - 
[[?]] Sung purple.
Mr. Freer thinks that the Sung mottled blue pottery, with purple stains, comes from attempts to blend the Babylonian purples and blues.
The [[?]] Sung feeling, on this theory, comes from teh fact that they used such dark gray paste, and [[?]] blue on thing. Also they made the glazes light blue over dark green glaze. Mr. Freer thinks. 
He is sure they overglazed in the Persian greens. Some pieces show glazes using opposite [[bags?]]
All Han pieces could not get double glaze - only single - but sometimes shown dripping from upper piece. 
This proves that Han pottery was glazed in the kiln, by pouring glaze wet over pieces in kiln. But Persian was
