During visit saw many photos. some of Ceylon & Java a few mostly of copying from slides. Some of Horuiyi - those of canopies are valuable, or some front areas of stations, but no [[Moyes?]] The most important to copy for slides, are teh volume of Sesshu pieces shown in the recent Sesshu exhibition at Mr. Zahabaski's, and finely reproduced, some landscapes, and a Mageda Sesui most important. The other very valuable lot was 2 volumes of reproductions by Tajina of Chinese ptgs. Some of [[end page] [[start page]] Godeski, Renoirs, [[Mophei?]], Bayen & Kabei were shown - most I knew, but some are finer than previous photos. Those in color are poor. Some Boyens & Kabeis specially important. The [[??] are mostly poor, but there is one among them that is surely a Sung design, and a very fine one, probably by Enjihei. Surely copy. Many things among Mr Freers Whistlers, [[pots?]] & Chinese & Jap ptgs must be photod then the Ritz Con[[?]] Also [[?]] in Mr Fr. [[?]] American trip & may again.
