This Ying Tsing porcelain bowl was manufactured by the Chai Porcelain Factory at Chenchow, Honan then known as the Imperial Factory and it was not xxxxx known as the Chai Factory until the Sung dynasty [[strikethrough]] . [[/strikethrough]] The quality  is fine and pure and when tapped it gives the sound of a brass bell.

The coloring is most exquisite and the design in detail to be prized by any art expert and antiqe lover. The bowl was although manufactured nearly a thousand years ago, it has however no defect whatsoever through all these long aged. [[/blue text]]

This pair of flower vases manufactured in the Sung dynasty, was  specimen of fine porcelain of its kind. Not only the coloring is exquisite, the glaze is mostpolished, having spots of earth mould, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx   Being procured from an old Honan family  at considerable cost.
