Ting Chow Porcelain Bowl

This was fabricated at the Ting Chow porcelain factory, well prized at the time. The bowl has been kept through all the ages with great care. There is a brass mouth piece to protect the bowl from break.

The bowl is of fine paste and rich find glaze--a rare specimen of Chinese old porcelain.

The porcelain bowl was manufactured in the Sung dynasty and was excavated from the Honan Province. It's of fine quality and of white and elegant color. The bowl had been finely decorated in the inner part with a fish design. An excellenct specimen of the old Chinese porcelain.
