October 11, 1912. Glendive, Montana, September 28, 1912. National Aeroplane Company, Chicago, Illinois. Gentlemen: It gives me great pleasure in stating that the aerial flights made by your Mr. Studensky at our County Fair this past week were certainly wonderful, and highly satisfactory to everyone. The Fair Board considered Mr. Studensky's first day's flight sufficient to fulfill the entire contract in case conditions were such that he would be unable to fly the following two days. It is a matter of personal gratification to the writer to be able to inform you of the high esteem in which your Mr. Howard Linn and Mr. Studensky were were held while in Glendive, and their efforts to give us the best under adverse circumstances. We sincerely hope that conditions may arise whereby we may have the pleasure of Mr. Studensky's flights next year, and believe you will have applications for bookings from towns nearby through his successful efforts at our late Fair. Yours very truly, (SIGNED) G. D. Hollecker Sec'y, Dawson County Fair Ass'n.
