July 16th 1868 States that Mr. R Anderson ([[?]]) occupying room no 2 and the one opposite in the Building [[?]] has been repeatedly ordered to vacate, which order he entirely ignores. He does not observe the rules laid down for the Government of the inmates of this building and it is for this reason he is desired to leave. Some weeks ago he permitted to occupy a room of a building in the rear, with a carpenters bench; he has turned it into a pig stye, soiling the floor and making a disagreeable stench - asks that this man be ejected - Action taken and man ejected
