Meetings second Saturday of each month

9 Freeman Street
Stoughton, Mass., Dec 20/28

Dear Sidney,

I sent your box off so that you should receive it by Christmas and I hope Dot will like her elephant. Your package arrived safely and we are holding until Christmas before opening. If its persimmons, they'll be some what messy but I guess you sent the last of them. I have asked Ma down and hope she will come but Christmas will be rather a hard day for her. I am afraid. She was disappointed you couldn't come but I think she had felt as though you wouldn't attempt the trip at this time of year for so short a stay.

I left out your check in the last letter so will enclose it. You paid me in cash for the Oct Co op and Nov. sent a check so all payments are OK. Wish you could see the house as it looked real good when finished
