le Salri shows up same area. 40-50 ft up. Utters one "Rattle" and one Roar. Then moves off. Apparently different direction from Tamarins. Presumably no real amoriation between the 2 species.
ADDITION: I managed to see several of the tamarins recorded this morning. But only one really well. This definitely was what I have been fusicollis. J.E the peculiar behavior of these animals presumably was not due to the fact that the sibling species was present.
Keep on walking for a long time. But rain starts in 11:00 am. And finally turns into a real downpour. So we finally give up 2:00 pm.

Starting out early 6:00 am. Day is fine. But forest is still dripping. 
6:10 am. Region of mixed vegetation, near edge cornfield. See group 3 fusicollis. When first seen quite silent, and high in tall trees. 40-50 ft up. They they discover us.

Immediately run down trees to ca. 20 ft level. Utter a few short notes and Trills. Also perform TR with Tip-cocking. That is all. Certainly no Whistles. Then gradually drift off.
It looks as if this species may become active earlier in the day than the Pinche!
In spite of the fact that these particular species were nea
