Titis need areas with very dense vegetation. Always dense near ground. Large trees may or may not be also present. But they seldom or never form a real, continuous canopy. And they are always festooned with lianas and other tangles. Sakis seem to need large trees along with the second growth. Possibly a fair number of adjacent tall trees. The understory in areas inhabited by sakis is seldom or never as dense as in those inhabited by titis. Tamarins seem to inhabit much the same areas as sakis. Usually, but probably not always, at a lower level in the vegetation. Probably need a substantial number of small vertical supports. (Titis don't seem to care if their supports are vertical or not.) Possibly the tamarins also overlap some titi areas. Probably the least dense.

(3). I shouldn't be surprised if any one of these three species could flourish in the habitats of the others - if the others were not present.
