Groups up to 19 in group (4 infants) possibly more. Regular.

Responded to flying hawks and toucans. Also respond to human beings. Didn't seem as tame as Callicebus.

Noisy when feeding. Silent when moving (usually dispersed)

Utter LW when violated


Cebus apella

Groups 5,7,& 9.
Just shy about predators. At least less shy than Saimiri.

Less noisy than Saimiri on the whole. Usually quite dispersed.

Saimiri sometimes close together. Also frequently dispersed. But C. apella probably or possibly more frequently or steadily dispersed on the average.

9 animals in separate forest. In pairs?
Not disturbed by humans
Rather noisy
On the whole, low-pitched.
