She carried Miss Holles and Jimmie and Daisy in some wild flowers yesterday, Jimmie has got a girl baby, four days old yesterday. She named it Christine, she is to the Massachusetts homeopathic hospital and doing well so far. Pa went in town Thursday and got him a new suite of spring clothes, with an extra pair of pants. also a pair of blue pants to go with his coat and vest. that he can also dress up in and look decent, he got him a new belt, his suite is a dark grey serge very good cloth. Pa and I rode over Gill hill to see Mitchell one night this week and another night we went up to the cemetery. Now 6-8 has rung in and Mrs Pye has just rung us up and told Pa its the Sebago house. Lena wants to go but my foot says no. I may get [[this?]] though for Pa has gone like a streak and I feel anxious for the steamer is workin like mad as though it was a big fire. We are going for Mrs Pye says its a big fire I hope Pa wont run into danger now. Well it is now underway we met him coming home.
