Gertrude and Stanley have gon [[gone]] down to the beach to stay over the weekend with his Pa and Ma down to Charley Jon[[strikethrough]]e[[/strikethrough]]ses cottage, her last chance before the arrival. We have just got thru [[through]] our dinner, and Lena is out finishing the last of the dishes and says "now dont you wait for these last few dishes"". Sue has just been in on her way home from church and is looking thinner than ever. I asked her about Cousin Fannie's place down to Cataumet. and she says she is not going to take only just a few and they are there now, she says that it is nothing for bathing down there no beach. Walter Holbrook was interviewed by Pa this week and he is going to find out is there is any place down there to Hummerick "where they could take one in reasonably says you could come there if they did not go there any old time.
