you need with your nervous temperament. it cant be her teeth now certainly I guess she would be better nights if she only slept an hour day times. but now it may be a cold that is working through her.

Ralph & Maude were down to Nantasket Sunday so Maude said, it was a gloomy day & I was terribly low spirited. Pa is always worse Sundays it seems, if it was possible.

I am sending down that package which came here for him Sid but dont know as its any good. Sid cantell when he gets it. I am sleepy now & have got every thing accomplished even given Pa his syrup of figs & his dolefulness is at the lowest ebb. he is tired & must get him off to bed soon as possible. I hope he will feel better soon. he is scart [[scared]] when night comes always.

Hope the little one is feeling better by now. Little Mabel eats candy & cake & it agrees with her. Mrs. Colcord is going to send that big girl home to Halifax. she is getting too saucy & hateful & she is tired of having her around. the old man is not agreeable to live with either. I dont think she is pleased with the old house. she thinks they gave too much money for the place & it was all out of repair. that garage was what sold it all right to them    Ma
