I don't think that Cobb has paid down any thing on lot and has gone South for the Winter  I am told he may change his mind by Spring  it is beginning to cloud up and looks as if it would Rain by to morrow  the brooks and swamps are pretty well filled up where I was this forenoon so we may get some Winter before long the storm last week took some paper off the Store House but I fixeded [[fixed]] it before the rain came again Friday night

The Raido [[Radio]] has been working very good for some time  the conditions are better than they were even last winter
