Sunday [5 March]

Doris
I here have just dug out to the road for my regular Sunday job all the way from where we go to glass door to st the snow had blown in so it was from 18 in to 28 in - 30 in. The front path not quite as bad I have come from down town the paper came out on the train that gets here about nine. Now you never saw such conditions on the streets since this last storm has caused at the cor of Prospect and Pleasant there is this morning the whole width of the Prospect & Pleasant St a mass of frozen ice and snow more than two feet deep the rain and warm spell of Friday & Saturday morning Sunday the water from above two ways and no [[Gutter?]] being opened down Pleasant toward Chestnut & Grove has blocked every thing
