Dear Doris

Well now I will begin our weekly letter to you. Pa is full of business today he has just gone off to see family and talk our affairs with his folks on the whole this has been a busy week. no I hope things are about to settle down we never know what will occur though, we are being supervised every day with something, dear friends are going from this life fast, but theres no use to worry, we all go when our time comes and not before. Doris dont work to hard when the work piles up dont worry take your time for it dont pay to get used up for them. I hope Othel King gets across she has tried to hard enough, you will mis her though. You may get a good job if you are lucky out of her recomendation. We are having lots of rainy weather now the thermometer is 60[[degrees]] and I am writing this letter with a radiaton at my back, we are keeping the fire along is the weather predictions say cooler tomorrow no snow on the ground to day but my muddy qute different from weather a week ago to day will snow enough for sleighing
