Dear Folks

We are having unsettled weather first it rains, then the sun shines, but cool just right for comfort We went to Morts funeral yesterday afternoon, Ms Harrington came & brought her down & we three attended & after wards he came & took us home & before getting out he asked us if there was any where else we wanted to go. Mrs. Burry said yes I wanted to go & call on Alice Woods & take home her library books & her bag, so she sent him into the house after them, after telling him where to find them & he said he knew where to find the key between the doors. we made our call on Alice who was glad to see us & Perey was there also. meanwhile he took Mrs. Harrington home after wards he came down there after us. Alice looks old but was feeling much better. She & Perey were out in the little shack where they stay, when he is around home a great deal I guess he is still straying [[?]] & looks a good healthy color. their house looked neat. I guess
he is still spraying trees & looks a good healthy color. their house
looked neat. I guess he helps do the work & they seemed to get along
well together. Percy I guess is looked after through Bert Winslow
at any rate he does not seem so worried as he did. a good disposition
