Dear Folks.

We have had a pleasant day at last & it has cleared off cold & seems Marchy. plenty of snow is left yet. the Harringtons came down on their way to Boston. she brought me a jar of rhubarb sauce & a rag doll she found when they took up a board to put in electric lights. she seems to prize the old place & everything connected there but ambitious to get back to earn money. is very kind hearted & seems to worship us both. I told her Mort had been sick with a bad cold ever since winter weather has struck in, she was going to have Arthur, her husband, go down right away to see him. they were going to take Mrs Barry in to Boston with them but she had other engagements for her weekend. this afternoon she has gone to Holbrook & Bill is going to bring her home at seven after his supper. Laura took her over to have her hair shampood. Myrtie is going to take care of Mamie Kate. since her bad spill of Wednesday she has picked up I guess if she can stand Myrtie she will do well, Careta thinks as I do, she has had her.
