Dear Doris. We are having nice pleasant weather bare ground but am afraid. it will turn winterish now any time & it may be snow every other thing but why worry, enjoy it while we may, enjoy life & not look on the gloomy side. I spent most of the money you sent last on coal, oil & payed milk bill it seemed as if just that time all the bills crowded in, so that time wasn't much left all I have got left is 80. & I have got to get groceries & pay Mrs Barry out of that. so if you can spare some money please send some as soon as you can & it will be acceptable.
