Stoughton Dec. 28th 1950

Dear Doris Cold below zero this morning snow yesterday gave a boy 25 cents to sweep us out. We had a lovely xmas & it was a very pleasant day its very sunny to day. I burn cinders in the little stove now & it lasts till late in the evening. I had lots of presents. & Irma took us downtown to see the square in the evening after dark first time I had evere seen it Christmas time We are going to have our oil tank filled up so in case of such cold weather we shant freeze up well this all
