Dear Ma: When the Bruces come over to pay, tell them we paid Lindlof and not to pay him but you what is due. Well, Sid brought my bag down after his session with the dentist, but the garage folks had cleaned out my purse of what was in it, - car tokens and about 75ยข in change, so I had to borrow to get up to the dentist's myself. But I was glad to get my glasses again. It poured most of yesterday. The river is very full and this will make it more swollen. This eastern part appears to be getting rain instead of snow so far. The Distale girl comes home with her baby today & Doris & I plan to go over to see it this AM. her husband called up to say she wanted to show it to us Doris.
