Stoughton April 10th 1961

Dear Doris It is a very warm sunny morning the most like spring we have had yet. all our foliage is out grass is green & my daffies are all in bloom. also the crocus snow drops have gone by. if it wasn't so hard for me to walk, I would go out all around the house but I am afraid I would lose my balance & fall. I am well enough to look instead of taking any risks & breaking my bones needlessly. I am glad you are taking so many rides in the new car, enjoy it all you can.
