Dear Mrs. Kilbourne:

It is with great pleasure that I congratulate you on your selection of recipient of the James Bryant Conant Award. I know the awards committee had a tremendous task in selecting the award winners.

We at General Electric are doubly proud. Mr. Raymond Byine of Batavia, New York also has been selected for the award, and he was a fellow of our 1952 Union College Program.

Although we have discontinued our Science Fellowship Program, we hope that it was a worthwhile experience for you and all others who participated.

We are now sponsoring Summer Programs for Guidance Counselors.

Again congratulations!

Best personal wishes,
