Dear Mother,
I trust the weather in Stoughton has been as warm as it has here. We have really had some very good weather.

I went back to work Friday and felt fine. I kept busy Saturday, and on Sunday got a lot of neglected housework done. It took all Saturday night to defrost the refrigerator! Things are much more clean and orderly now.

I also saw a couple of good movies, including "Godfather", which I am told is making more money than any film other than "Gone with the Wind". It was a good picture, but not that good, of course.

The hospital stay was not bad except for 2 things: (1) it took 12 needles of novocaine to anaesthetize the nose and (2) the food was miserable: it was good to get home + eat a decent meal.

Love,
Doris
