Captain; I have the honor to call your attention to the fact, that there was Invoiced to me for the Hospital (7) seven Bbls of Pork and (11) Eleven Bbls Flour. I received 4 Bbls of Pork and 15 Bbls of Flour. There was, also, Invoices to Maj. Catlin 4 Bbls of Pork and only three were received there is also one Box of Sugar, containing [[?]] for Maj. Catlin, short. It will be observed that the no. of bushels correspond with the No. Invoiced; but the contents do not Can you inform me if the [[?]] is in the article received or in the invoiced.
