I have the honor to ask for transportation for Henry Murphy, an insane Freedman, and his attendants from Lawrence Station to Bureau Hospital at Lauderdale, Miss. where he can be taken care of, and return transportation for the attendants.

Please have the transportation sent to Mr. R. E. Wilson at Lawrence Station on the Vicksburg and Meridian Rail Road.
