Lieutenant, 
I have the honor to invite your attention to Communications from this office dated the 8th and 14th of June ult, and ask if the articles therein mentioned can be furnished? 
I would also inquire if the Eight Keqs of Nails and two of Spikes, asked for in a communication to the Asst Comr, dated May 27th  These are needed for the purpose of building a fence around the Asylum buildings, and the work cannot commence until the nails and spikes are received.
