I believe the word in the "Buildings" column is "Store" not "Stone". This writer's r's can look like n's, but in the context of these reports, "Store" as a standalone noun is a common entry in this column. "Stone" is used as an adjective together with another word such as "stone dwelling" (similar to how "frame" or "brick" are used).
