The 3rd column was a struggle of possible words or abbreviations. a second review of that column specifically would be needed. Land descriptions are northerly (Nly), southerly (Sly), easterly (Ely), and westerly (Wly) describing the boundaries of the parcel. (Not really, its N for (North) by, i.e., N by , clearer writing in rows near bottom of page) 5/3 - fully transcribed - removed colons from the headings, there are no colons to be transcribed, spacing on rows was incorrect, its | X | X | and not |X|X|, pls read instructions, its Colonel O Brown, if writer writes '&' for 'and' pls transcribe as written '&', other corrections
