Above base of leg short process 1 seta before apex, 1 at apex, several simple setae on leg [[On?]] 2, a long process with short furcation 1 2 seta on c-sh. 2 setae with no process on post. edge, a furcate process with 2 setae s-d on edge c-sh, short s stig process 2 setae, one before tip; another same before base of leg.
(nibbled a little willow but died)

On young leafs of willow, spun up with a loose web, one or several together [[underlined]] Sarrothripa lintnerana ? [[/underlined]] Plattsburgh June 12, 1894. Setae white, distinct long, single, normal for macro. white. Body smooth, not shiny subtranslucent green, yellowish tinged especially on intersegmental folds. Dorsal vessel distinct dark. Hd not shiny pale greenish, with [[testaceous?]] - tinge and a few long hairs. Hd 1.8 ± [[underlined]] 'Coon [[/underlined]] June 16 - like Sarrothripa of white silk
