Gentleman:-

For twenty years my parents or I used Burpee's seeds, invariably with good results. Having been brought up on Burpee's seeds or the "garden sass" grown from them, I came to think that no other seeds were as good, but had never tested out the idea.

Soon after being married, my wife's parents came to live with us, and her Father took charge of the garden. He had been used to saving his own seeds or buying them locally. Sometimes we wondered why the garden did not supply this, that, or the other vegetable. Upon inquiry, we were told "They didn't come up," or "They did not grow as they should." Then I would brag of my success with [[underlined]] your[[/underlined]] seeds.

So, this year, I sent in an order again for Burpee's seeds. My Father-in-law planted and took care of them. And now, you should hear [[underlined]] him [[/underlined]] brag about [[underlined]] his [[/underlined]] garden. No one can come here to visit or even stop a minute, but that he must see the garden.

What have Burpee's Seeds done for us? They have shown us that we can get seeds that will grow.

Sincerely yours,
