Dear Sir,-

Will you permit a Frenchman who follows with the keenest interest what is said and written here about his country, to express his gratitude for your refutation of Professir F. Frankfurter's agressive assertions. 

That a so-called "candid student of present-day Europe" should speak of French imperialism and chauviniem is incredible, and would almost be all sufficient to show his partiality and even chauvinism to Germany.
