4.  It is of prime importance, in developing the Science Museum Center to provide maximum science education services to the community, that exhibits will comprise an essential program element.  The Science Museum Center will instruct students in science by means of the latest designs of teaching aids and exhibits, and will inform them of the Korean traditions in science, mathematics and natural philosophy.  their subject matter will to be broad, spanning the fields of natural, physical, behavioral, and applied sciences as well as anthropology and cultural history.  The program of the Museum Center will incorporate adult education in museum classes, teacher training, and laboratory and experimental workshops in which teachers and students will participate jointly.  Field trips will be included and the establishment of such teaching environments as wilderness areas and self-guiding nature trails are comtemplated.
     University - museum cooperative instruction of students utilizing Museum Center collections shall be encouraged in order for general advanced education and for training curators and technicians for museum work.

     Existing Building:  It is the consensus of the meeting that there is an immediate need to develop the collection of the Korean National Science Museum Center in natural history and ethnography.
