its programs and requirements; the extension programs, including methods and equipment; and the natural science program, organization, and facilities; among others. These groups will include the Korean specialists who will devote at least one-half time to the study, and the members of the USOM who will devote 1/6th to 1/4th time to the project.

One objective of the task force group studies will be determine the Korean needs for the science museum center programs; and the procedures and methods of coordinating the museum programs with the programs of the schools, universities, science laboratories, and science field surveys, and the broad projects to improve science and technical education for adults. Other objectives include planning for the education and training of museum professionals and technicians; and the determination of the scope, size, organization, plans, costs, and priorities of the several elements of the project.

The individual task force will meet separately and weekly. All groups will meet together at least once every three weeks to report on progress and to consider and coordinate matters of common interest.

With the assistance of the Co-Director's office and the Washington office, the task force groups will assemble and study information on the facilities and programs of related established museums and science centers. As planning proceeds the groups will request and obtain consultative services of specialists from the United States and other countries.
