A good solution to the problem of vegetation control around military installations would, of course, please the military authorities.

     The separate ideas in your preliminary proposals need to be brought ultimately into a more unified overall plan. You have made a good start. We need the component studies as part of the larger whole. Now you need to begin thinking of refinement of projects and particularly of unifying themes (such as vegetation studies may provide).
