Establish the natural history research staff, research collections, and research projects, as part of the university or as a separate research institute.

Add cultural anthropology, history, and the history of science and technology to the existing Korean national museum.

Create a science teaching center for all ages which would show rotating exhibits of the modern or presently significant aspects of the natural sciences, the physical sciences, technology, engineering, agriculture, crafts, and industries. The center would consist of two units, not necessarily together, one of which would be a laboratory for research, development, design and production of exhibits, and learning aids. The other would be a modest-size exhibition and classroom building which would receive exhibits on rotation from the laboratory. The exhibits would be open to the public, and would be employed in teaching young people. The exhibits would be tested, experimented with, and revised in the laboratory to serve both the casual visitors of all ages and the organized school groups of whatever ages prove to be desirable.

The exhibit building would be duplicated in outlying locations and the exhibits produced in the central laboratory would be rotated among all the exhibits buildings.
