USNM Curators Annual Report - Foods and Textiles, 1883

Two years after the opening of the United States National Museum in 1881, its Sections of Foods and Textiles submitted this report of activities along with thoughts on the focus to which efforts should be directed in the year to come, such as the work on Indian Foods.
