Joy McLean Bosfield (1924-1999) was a singer, musical director, actress, and musical instructor who performed throughout the United States, Europe, and the Middle East from the 1940s to the 1980s. This scrapbook compiled by Ms. Bosfield contains photographs, clippings, programs, ephemera, and correspondence documenting her life and professional career. However, the bulk of the various materials has made the scrapbook's binding unstable and difficult to access. Additionally, items are attached to poor-quality paper with tape and other damaging adhesives and present preservation challenges.
