Respectfully referred to Col. Jno. W. Sprague Asst. Com., Bureau R.F. & A.L. State of Florida, Tallahassee, Fa, with the request that the proper steps be taken to arrest the within named parties if they can be found and have them brought before the Civil Authorities in the State of Florida and confined or bound over in a sufficient amount to insure their appearance whenever requisition shall be made by the proper authorities of the State of Georgia for their transfer to that state.
