Sir: In compliance with circulars from the War Dept.[?] dated Feb 5, 73 I have the honor to transmit herewith Certif. of Dep. in the 1st Nat'l Bank Memphis Tenn all dated May 26, 73 in the following cases. No. 5146 for $161.25 this being the amt of the claim of Joseph [?] [?] as per [?] Certif. No. 335885 less [Atty?] & [Notarial?] fees. No. 5147 for $39.75 this being the amt of the claim of [?] [live?] late [?] as per [?] Certif. No. 335898 less [Atty & Notarial?] fees. No. 5148 for $236.25 this being the amt of the claim of Champion [?] late [?] as per [?] Certif. No. [?] less [Atty & Notarial?] fees.
